The Saguache County Museum will be hosting a series of free programs on Sunday afternoons. Our guest speakers come from a variety of backgrounds and will talk on a variety of topics. The programs begin at 1:30pm. Refreshments are served. Donations are appreciated.

August 7: Mary Morfitt and Virginia Sutherland share stories about growing up during the Depression and what it was like to live on the homefront during World War II.
August 14: Dick Goddard, History Professor at Adams State University
August 21: Carly Harmon & Donny Bautista will talk about the history of the Sand Dunes Swimming Pool and what’s new.
August 28: Louise Colville, Rio Grande County Museum Director speaks about Spanish Settlements and Spanish Land Grants.
