Jack Hamilton's Western Art
The August, 2000
Special Exhibit
|
During the Summer season, month-long
showings of Special Exhibits are held that feature the works of
regional artists, craftspeople, and also objects and images relating
to local and regional historic people and events. During the
Winter season, showings of Special Exhibits vary from one to three
months' duration.
A variety of topics and objects ranging
from Western Art to showpiece quilts made by mambers of the local
Quilter's Guild are featured in these special showings.
Occasional talks, presentations and field trips are also held
through the Museum on topics and places of regional
interest.
